Hi, I’m Craig Nielson, a longtime advisor and consultant to investors looking to increase the value of their real estate portfolio. Since the mid-80’s, I have helped large corporations, REIT’s and individual investors strategically position their properties to achieve maximum value as well as find buying opportunities others may overlook. My focus is the marketing of manufactured housing communities, RV parks and self-storage assets with a team of professionals to exceed our clients’ expectations.
